Harold “Zeke” Junior Carlan, age 69, of Galax passed away at Louisa Healthcare Center in Louisa, VA on June 5, 2010. He was born January 13, 1941 to the late Sterling & Blanche Carlan of Fries. Survivors include his wife, Elisa Carlan of Galax; three daughters; one sister and one brother, A Funeral Service will be held at Twin County Funerals Sanctuary Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 11 am. The Rev. Rodney Christman & Kevin Carlan will be officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Hillsville Post #1115 with Bag Piper. Internment will follow at the Fries Cemetery.
