Bernice Robinson, 77, of Chicago, IL, formerly of Carroll County, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2009 in Chicago. She was preceded in death by her husband James Bobby Robinson; parents Jack & Francis Hackney; father & mother-in-law James L. & Mary Robinson; and several sisters. She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law Dennis J. & Mary Kate Robinson; one grandson; sister Alice Bishop; sisters-in-laws & spouse Jeanne & Buford Edwards, Juanita Tolbert, & Wyvetta Stockton; several niece and nephews.

Funeral were held on Tuesday, December 15 at 1:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Russell Payne officiating with burial following in the Robinson Cemetery.
