Oakland's Social Studies Excellence
These Oakland Elementary School 5th graders along with their 4th grade Virginia Studies teacher, Billie Marshall, were recognized for their passed advance performance on the spring 2012 Virginia Studies SOL test - 100 percent of Mrs. Marshall's passed the test with 70 percent scoring passed advanced.
