Litha Melinda Jones Cagle, 51 of Cana, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC. Mrs. Cagle was born in Galax on Feb. 15, 1957 to the late E. W. Jones and Mazie Creed Jones. She is survived by her daughters and a sons-in-law, Jessica and Thomas Cagle of Cana, Whitley Lawson of Hillsville and Crystal and Chad Crotts of Cana; sons, Donnie Cagle of Denton and Jonathan Cagle of Cana; six grandchildren; sister, Ruth Jones of Cana; brothers, Kenneth Jones of Cana, Randy Jones, Rockwell, NC.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Cagle was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jeanette Jones.  Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008 at Fancy Gap Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Syreda and Robert Bryant and Chris Crotts. Burial followed in the Jones-Fleming Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
