UPDATE: April Paulette Stanley and her two boys have been found. Both kids and the mother were located in the town of Hillsville, Hillsville Police Chief Greg Bolen said. "Thank you all for your help and quick response. Thank you as well to Sheriff J.B. Gardner and his staff for the tip that helped locate her," Bolen said. From Earlier today, April 14: The Hillsville Police Department is searching for a missing woman and her two children.
According to Hillsville Police Chief Greg Bolen, April Paulette Stanley and her two boys, age four and two, have been missing since Saturday. Bolen said Stanley is 5-8, 160 pounds with blue eyes, blonde hair and a fair complexion. Stanley and her children are Caucasian. They were believed to be traveling in a black, four-door 1999 Mazda with a 30-day temporary license plate.
Bolen said a missing person’s clearinghouse report was entered earlier Monday by HPD Sgt. Alan Gravley for Stanley. A photo is unavailable at this time.
“If anybody was to come in contact with her, contact us or the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office,” Bolen said.
