Ronald Earl Dalton, 65, of Hillsville passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Survivors include his wife Wanda G. Dalton of the home; daughter, Sherrie Beth Dowell of Hillsville; sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Michelle Dalton of Hillsville, and John D. Dalton of Austin TX; parents, Earl and Virginia Lucille Dalton of Hillsville; four sisters, Gayla Stilwell of Hillsville, Brenda Bazzle of Hillsville, Margaret Monteith of King, NC, and Lisa Daugherty of Roanoke; brother, Sanford Dalton of Hillsville; two grandchildren, Johnathan Cory Dowell, and Hannah Elizabeth Dalton. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Donnie Hooker officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Vine Cemetery; the graveside service is for immediate family only.
