Wayne Henderson and Jeff Little in Concert Sponsored by Virginia Journeys 2011, The Appalachian Trail Conservancy’s 38th Biennial Conference, Two of Appalachia’s finest traditional musicians, Wayne Henderson and Jeff Little, will perform at The Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center in Abingdon, VA- www.swcenter.edu on Saturday July 2 at 8:00pm. Wayne and Jeff, both local residents, are the kind of musicians other musicians talk about. With performances at such prestigious venues as Carnegie Hall and The Smithsonian Institution and with friends like Doc Watson, Eric Clapton and Gillian Welch, their accolades and accomplishments are too numerous to list in one paragraph.
