According to poll workers, voter turnout at Carroll County High School was very high Tuesday morning as voters cast their ballots for Virginia’s next Governor and Attorney General, as well as a new representative for the 6th District House of Delegates’ seat. Locally, voters were also casting ballots for a contested Carroll County School Board race in the Fancy Gap District and a contested race for the Pipers Gap District seat on the Carroll County Board of Supervisors. Election results were not available as of press time Tuesday, but can be found Tuesday night at www.thecarrollnews.com and on The Carroll News’ Facebook page.
