Davis Reitzel donned one of the most unique costumes for Safe Halloween as he came as a Hawaiian snow globe.


Members of the Zumba class at Carroll Wellness Center broke out into a flash mob accompanied by the Michael Jackson song “Thriller.” The flash mob followed a parade full of ghosts and goblins and other characters.


Little baby Naomi Hiatt had to be one of the youngest trick-of-treaters at Safe Halloween. The daughter of Abby Lowe and Will Hiatt, here she is accompanied by Pamela Cardwell and Austin Alley.
